Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as the error screenshot is checked and accepted by the Microcryptosofts team. We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Please note that your bitcoin wallet may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your wallet.
